According to Variety, Maxim's Mardi Gras will start production on April 29 in New Orleans. The pic stars Nicholas D'Agosto (Rocket Science), Josh Gad, Brett Harrison, Arielle Kebbel, Danneel Harris, Carmen Electra, Regina Hall, and Becky and Jessica O'Donohue.
Josh Heald wrote the script about three friends who venture to Mardi Gras for the ultimate party and Phil Dornfield will direct. |

I'm excited to see she has a new project lined up, but at the same time... the haters will have a freakin' field day with this one. She really needs to watch the typecasting. :\
And since when does Maxim make movies?! When I first came across the story I thought it meant they were doing a special Mardi Gras issue of the magazine or something. lol

There were signs one night at mardi gras on bourbon street warning that if someone walked into a certain area, they might be seen on camera for a motion picture "tentatively titled 'Mardi Gras'."
