That's actually not even Haylie Duff. I have no idea how that got started, but there was a whole scandal about it a year or so ago and I was rather suspicious from the beginning because it sounds exactly like Joy's delivery, just faster/in a higher pitch - sure enough, somebody pulled it into a sound editing program, tweaked it a bit and came up with Joy's original song. Some idiot just sped it up/made her sound a lot higher and tried to pass it off as Haylie. Fail!
