FOND DU LAC -- A Fond du Lac real estate agent pressed on with a house tour at an Auburn Street home on Dec. 6 even though her male client was performing a sexual act in front of her.
Fond du Lac police arrested the Fond du Lac man this morning for lewd and lascivious behavior, Lt. Steve Klein said. The real estate agent identified the man, and he later posted bond.
The man set up a tour with a local real estate agency at about 2 p.m. on Dec. 6.
During the car ride to the home, the man asked the agent whether she was single and owned a house. He did not start to commit the sexual act until 10 minutes into the tour, according to the police report.
After noticing what the man was doing, the woman said she was too uncomfortable to say anything and focused on his eyes. The man stopped the sexual act when moving between rooms but began once they finished walking, according to the report.
The man did not touch the woman and kept the conversation focused on purchasing the home. The woman said he continued the lewd behavior through two tours of four rooms, one stop in the garage and possibly during the car ride back to her company’s offices, the report states.
Klein said a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department deputy contacted the Police Department at 3:30 a.m. today after spotting the man at a North Park Avenue gas station.
