Jensen Ackles and his longtime girlfriend Danneel Harris are engaged, her rep confirms exclusively to JustJared.com.

The 31-year-old Supernatural actor and 30-year-old One Tree Hill actress have been dating for about three years but have been friends for nearly a decade. The couple, who are longtime members of the WB/CW family, co-starred in the 2007 romantic comedy Ten Inch Hero.

Danneel showed off her beautiful engagement ring on Saturday at the Breeders’ Cup in Los Angeles.

I've never had a favourite couple but Jensen and Danneel has changed that over the years. They appear so down to earth, grounded, normal and not pretentious at all. They come across as being a genuinely good solid couple who have ridden the storm of unwarranted, astounding negativty across a part of the fandom and has kept their friendship and relationship intact. You can't help but want the very best for them.

I know this is a tad off topic but apparently Alona Tal spilled the beans and said that BOTH Jensen and Jared are engaged. I still need confirmation to beleive the jared and gen engagement but if they are...congrats to them as well! Congrats to all 4 of them lol. B)

I heard that too & need to know the truth which I believe we will know it from the con news but that would be awesome if the four of them got engaged at the same time & also make the wedding in the same day.

No lol I would not want them to get married the same day. I would like to think that they want to be present at each other's weddings and they might even Be in each other's weddings as a groomsmen. So i vote for them to have seperate weddings maybe a few weeks apart so whomever gets married first can go on their honeymoon and be back in time for the nest wedding. :D
